Join the Spring Yoga Retreat on Mallorca

Hello there and happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all had a great start of the week! Mine has been a little chaotic but really fun since I started a new job today! Yes, I still can't believe it but I can finally do for living what I love most, writing for a magazine. A few weeks ago I accepted a full time job offer at LOOK Mallorca, the magazine I've been freelance writing for over the past two years. And I can tell you I loved my first day! I will let you know more about my new job soon. I'm planning on writing a post about work and things you should consider when looking for a job. As you can imagine the last few weeks have been pretty stressful for me because I still worked full time at my old job while working for the magazine on my days off. Sometimes the pace of life feels a little overwhelming so I'm more than excited to be joining a very special event soon that will help me wind down!

Spring Yoga Retreat

My friend Anna from Sweden who I met through the magazine and who also lives on the island  not only designs beautiful yoga couture but is also organizing an exclusive spring yoga retreat which will take place at the end of March. Spring is here and Mallorca is slowly awakening. A perfect time to pamper and nourish yourself, to disconnect and re-energise before summer starts.

The yoga retreat will be held the 21st to 25th of March in a five-star luxury mansion near Sóller, a beautiful town in the mountains of Mallorca.

Surrounded by ancient olive groves, almond and lemon trees, the luxury 17th century farmhouse will be our home while we spoil ourselves during this rejuvenating yoga retreat. We will practice yoga twice a day with the renowned yoga teacher Sandra from Earth Yoga in Palma. We will also get to enjoy a cacao ceremony and beautiful hikes through the mountains and by the sea. Time for self-reflection and relaxation by the pool or the open fireplace is also planned. During the retreat a nutritionist will provide us with delicious vegetarian meals made with seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables - and you know how much I love good, healthy food!

The retreat will be all about wellbeing, positive energy, recharging and relaxing and I can't wait to spend a few magical days with the group. There are still some spots available so if you're a yoga fan like me and would love to join the spring yoga retreat stop by the websites below to book your yoga mat. I wish you all a wonderful, relaxed week! Remember, don't stress but do your best.
