Pom Pom Sandals

Hello my dear readers, once again sorry for the delay. Time flies and there are so many things going on in my life right now that I feel a little overwhelmed. I have two jobs now and I'm still writing for a magazine too. Plus I spent the weekend in Germany to attend my friend's wedding and now my little sister is here so I really wanna spend every minute with her.
Anyway, today I have a summer look for you. I just recently bought these cute pom pom sandals online and loved them right away when I put them on but wasn't sure how to combine them. So I thought that some white shorts and a boho blouse would be a great match to make it the perfect beach look. What do you think about the outfit? Do you also love colorful sandals as much as I do?
Feel free to leave a comment and have a fabulous and sunny weekend!

Anita Cakes

Hello my lovely readers, hope you're all enjoying your weekend to the fullest! I had a pretty crazy week, did some blog work, had a photo shooting on Wednesday and a job interview on Thursday so I'm really looking forward to a relaxing weekend.
Today's post is about one of my favorite spots in Puerto de Alcúdia where I live now. It's a cute little café called Anita Cakes and is owned by Pepe, a good friend of mine. It was a cake shop before but Pepe turned it into a charming, beautifully decorated café where you can enjoy cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, yummy shakes with all kinds of flavors, macarons, desserts and much more. If you're not a sweet tooth you can also just stop by for a coffee or tea. Pepe and his colleague Cristina are also very talented pastry chefs who create amazing cakes for birthdays, weddings and all kinds of events. You can see a selection of their unique cakes on their Instagram profile and their Facebook page. Furthermore you can find their cute pink foodtruck on lots of events and street food festivals around the island where they sell cupcakes, crepes and much more.
Pepe invited me, my sister Nina and my friend Mariella to spend an afternoon at Anita Cakes this week and prepared us some super tasty shakes. We shared an oreo, fruit and peanut butter shake which we all loved. We also tried some yummy cupcakes. I have to admit I eat them almost every single day, Pepe spoils me, haha. My favorites are the red velvet, oreo and kinder bueno cupcakes. Well, we had a fantastic time at Anita Cakes taking some photos, chatting and indulging in sweets. I can only recommend you to stop by and have one of their unique treats when you visit Alcúdia. I'll leave you some more info about the café here and wish you all a wonderful, sweet weekend!
