Menorca Tips

Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing fine and enjoying summer as best as they can. Today I have a new blog post for you about a short trip we took to our neighbor island Menorca a few days ago. We visited so many new beautiful places that I'd like to share with you here.

Platja des Canutells
The small resort of Es Canutells has a beautiful small beach with crystal clear water and a natural harbor where you will find some traditional fisher boats.

Cala de Binibeca
If you're looking for a quiet swim in turquoise water this beach is for you. The sand beach of Binibeca is surrounded by rocks and shallow water, the perfect place for snorkeling, paddle boarding or family picnis.

Es Bruc Restaurant in Sant Tomas
One of the most popular places in Menorca for lunch by the sea. If you'd like to enjoy your paella, seafood or burger with stunning views of a golden beach and the open sea, head to Es Bruc Restaurant in Sant Tomas.

Cales Coves
One of my all time favorites on the island. The secluded coves of Cales Coves near Cala en Porter. It's a hot 20-minute walk in summer to reach the coves but it's so worth it! You will be rewarded with crystal clear water, a beautiful natural scenery with high cliffs, and only few visitors.

Es Grau
Both a natural reserve and large beach Es Grau is the ideal place for family picnis or excursions with friends. The water at the beach is shallow and very clear which makes it a perfect bathing spot for small kids. The natural reserve offers different hiking routes that allow you to watch wild birds, encounter turtles and connect with Mother Nature.

Son Parc
The area of Son Parc is usually quite touristy as it's a resort but due to Covid it was all abandoned and quiet this year. Go for a walk by the coast here to enjoy stunning views of the sandstones and wild sea.
