Countryside

Hey guys, are you all having a great summer? My first week on Mallorca is already over, how time flies! I love waking up next to my boyfriend every day, which is a rare thing for us with a long distance relationship. We already went on a boat trip with some friends, spent a day at the beach, went to one of my favorite beach bars and also to a festival in a water park called Hidro Park in Port d'Alcúdia. After studying hard the last couple months I really enjoy my free time with my boyfriend and discovering new things on Mallorca.
Anyway, today I have another outfit post for you that I prepared in Germany. It's all about this light summer dress I bought at Mango here on Mallorca. It's perfect for a warm summer night, but you can also totally wear it during the day, just not on Mallorca - it's way too hot, haha! I like the sequins and pearls, they give the casual dress a glam touch. Hope you like the photos, they were taken close to my parents' house. Since they live on the countryside there are plenty of fields that look beautiful in summer. Have a wonderful week, xoxo

The Parka

Hey there, I'm finally on Mallorca and enjoying summer to the fullest. You can't imagine how hot it is over here, during the day we barely leave the house cause we just can't stand the heat. The best place to be is the beach right now. Anway, I'm glad that I finally have a "real" summer, the German summer is just not really my thing. I had two wonderful weeks with my family in Germany before coming to Mallorca, even though it was raining a lot.
So today you get to see some outfit pics my sister took of me back in Germany. The focus is on the parka, which is my favorite piece in my closet right now and perfect for summer cause it's light and not too warm. I'm a big fan of casual and simple but cool looks. I decided to wear my new H&M parka with some destroyed denim shorts, a simple black tank top and added a longer necklace, plus my new Vero Moda shades to give it a special touch. A little grunge, a little glam, a little casual - hope you like the outfit! Kisses from Mallorca

Movie Park Adventure

Hello there, everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful start of the week!
I'm home by now, enjoying my free time with my family after all the stress with the exams and projects the last couple weeks. Anyway, I passed everything and am ready to fully enjoy my vacation until the next semester starts in October!
Today you get to see some pics of our trip to Movie Park Germany, where we celebrated my sister's birthday a few days ago. My dad and sisters love this theme park, my mom is not the biggest fan, but the four of us usually go once a year. We are always excited for the rollercoaster rides, my sister Nina and I also enjoy the American feeling since we really miss our life in the States. The Movie Park and US streets look much alike, everything in the park reminds me of California or New York. You can find American candy, fast food, other US products and cartoons everywhere! You know I'm a big fan of popping colors so that's a plus for the park too, haha.
Hope you like the pics of our trip, xoxo

Cover Story

Hey there, I'm still alive! Didn't really have much time the last couple weeks to update my blog, sorry for that! I was pretty much studying all day, every day. But hey, exams are done! And since my sis and I couldn't wait to escape we took the next train home to spend two weeks with my family. They rarely get to see us because we spend most of our free time on Mallorca. So we had to promise to come over for a few days before heading to Mallorca where we're gonna stay until October.

Today you get to see some pics of my last photo shoot. It was a very special shooting for me since I was going to be the cover girl for a city magazine called KielerLeben. People living in Northern Germany, especially in Kiel, may now the magazine. The editor asked me if I wanted to model for them and of course I had to say yes - my first cover! I'm pretty proud of the pics! The shooting was really fun, the photographer Ines Matz-Boomgaarden did a great job and so did the magazine's editor Kerstin Klostermann in picking outfits with me. I also want to thank Maria Kallweit who did a great job styling me. We shot the cover in a park and some more studio photos in different outfits for an "About the Cover Girl" page. I especially loved the floral jumper I was wearing but also liked the white summer dress and the third outfit. We picked the outfits at Küstenmädchen in Kiel a day before the shoot, a cute store that really suprised me. They have such nice summer clothes, I wanted to try and buy literally everything! I also added some backstage photos for you and some pics of the fitting and the magazine.
I hope you like the photos and outfits as much as I do! xoxo
