Chill out at Royal Beach

Hey guys, don't you think summer is running way too fast? I feel like the end of my favorite season is getting closer and closer, I don't even wanna think about heading back to Germany and university, haha!
Today you get to see some photos taken at one of my favorite beach bars on Mallorca - Royal Beach! Yes, once in a while you'll get surprised by clouds on my beloved Balearic island as well, so there's nothing better than visiting your favorite bars on these days. Usually it's super hot on Mallorca during summer, so you'll always find me by the beach, in the ocean or on a boat - anywhere close to water! However, I also love indulging in a yummy frappuccino once in a while when it's cloudy, so here we go! Royal Beach is a modern, stylish and super relaxing bar/restaurant in Playa de Muro, close to Alcúdia, where I live during my Mallorca trips. The paradisical bar is right on the beach and doesn't only provide you with delicious food and drinks but also refreshing and super yummy cocktails.
I decided to wear my what I call Ibiza outfit because the white cotton pants are super comfy and chic at the same time. My mom got them for me in France a couple years ago and they are just perfect for relaxing spots, two years ago I wore them in Miami. I combined the pants with a simple strapless top and a statement necklace with I recently bought at Bijou Brigitte in Germany, they have some great jewelry. I also wore my new coral sandals which I got a week ago on Mallorca, they are just perfect for summer!
I'm super happy that my friend Eva from Austria came to visit me and my sister on Mallorca! Eva lived in New York City with me and I haven't seen her for one and a half years now. She will also accompany us to NYC, we're actually leaving tomorrow, it's a fabulous reunion!
Guys, I gotta get up at 2am to pack my last stuff, my flight goes at 7am, from Düsseldorf to NYC via London. I just got back  from Mallorca to Germany yesterday, so I'm pretty done, haha. Traveling surely is stressful, but also super exciting!
I still have loads of cool Mallorca photos left that I couldn't post yet cause I constantly went on adventures while I was on the island. I'll post them the next few days/weeks and then show you some photos of the trip to my beloved second home - New York City - so stay tuned ;-)

Below the Surface

Hola todos! Today's post is a very special one as you might have noticed... you get to see some of my first underwater pictures, woohoo!
My boyfriend and I had a blast shooting underwater with his GoPro Hero 3 in Cala Torta, a breathtaking beach with crystal clear water. It's actually pretty hard to strike a pose below the surface, plus you gotta breath, haha! I simply love swimming and diving, I have always had a crush on dolphins and orcas, so it's not a big surprise that I'm a huge fan of underwater photography.
This time we went to Cala Torta, which is one of my new favorite beaches on Mallorca. It's hidden in the mountains, there are no hotels or restaurants close, so it's not that touristy. You know I try to avoid tourists whenever I can, lucky me, my boyfriend knows all the secret spots on Mallorca, haha!
Cala Torta is absolutely beautiful, the water is sheer incredible and so clear that it's perfect for shooting underwater. The ground is very diverse, you can see the white sand, beautifully shaped rocks and many fishes! Unfortunately, I also got stung by a jellyfish, ouch! However, this is the second time already and doesn't distract me from exploring the underwater world. Whenever it's hot out you'll find me at the beach swimming or snorkeling and Mallorca is just the perfect place to live my passion!

A Place that makes you dream

Hey guys, whether you're working or on vaca right now, I hope you're having a fabulous summer! I went on so many adventures lately, that I rarely use my computer to update my blog, sorry for that. I didn't just go fishing at 5am, I also spent a romantic night on a boat and went snorkeling almost every day, woohoo!
Today you get to see some pictures of a dreamy island in Alcanada near Alcúdia. You either have to cross the water walking or swimming or take your private boat to the island, because there's no way to reach it with a car or public boat, which I personally love. That's what makes this island so special, it's super calm, tourists don't come to this place, and it's surrounded by crystal clear water, plus you have a stunning view of the mountains from there.
I had a hard time holding up my camera, bag and towels to reach the island by crossing the water but it was totally worth it - just the way there is an adventure! It was the second time for me that I stayed on the island and I finally got to check out the lighthouse. It's the only building you will find there, there are no roads, neither cars nor houses on the island, just pure nature!
Hope you enjoy the pics of me in my beloved pink Victoria's Secret Bikini and this beautiful place! A place that makes you dream...

5 Oceanos

Hola amigos! It's my third week now on Mallorca and so far I'm having a fabulous time. Right now I can't even imagine that I actually live in Germany and not here, haha!
Today you get to see some photos of one of my favorite bars in Alcúdia, called 5 Oceanos. I once posted about this enchanting bar last summer (check out the post by clicking here), I simply love hanging out there! The cocktails are super yummy and you can relax on some cozy pillows while enjoying chill out music.
So what's next? You will soon get to see some beach photos, plus some adventurous snorkeling pics. You know I never miss out on spectacular adventures ;-)

Blue Sky, Blue Sea

Hey guys, are you all having a fantastic summer so far? Today you get to see some photos of my first day on Mallorca. I came back to my favorite island about a week ago and had a wonderful time so far, how could it be different? ;-)
We went to the Cap de Formentor, the most northern point of Mallorca where you can find a romantic lighthouse with a even more beautiful café which I can totally recommend! The views from there are just stunning, you see nothing but the blue sky and the deep blue sea. So whenever you're around, make sure to stop by!
On our way back we stopped at Cala Figuera to cool down a little. Let me tell you this, Mallorca is always amazing me again and again. The water in this Cala is sheer incredible, it's super bonito! A perfect diving place thanks to its crystal clear water. Plus, it's so far away from all the touristic spots, you feel like swimming in your private pool.
Hope you enjoy the first of many summer posts ;-)
